Athensmed\u2019s roots lie firmly in health services. Our founder Kustaa\u202fPiha, has built and grown several companies in the sector, among them Med\u202fGroup – a success story in Finnish private healthcare. He has also helped launch ventures such as Omael\u00e4inklinikka and the psychotherapy provider Komppi.<\/p>

Athensmed acts as an active owner in healthcare service companies where accessibility, quality, and cost-efficiency can be improved. At present, we are developing Sofita, our social and healthcare subsidiary, through acquisitions, and building a new associated company, L\u00e4hil\u00e4\u00e4k\u00e4rit, which introduces a lean and genuinely accessible model for doctor services to the market.<\/p>
